Volt is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler for a manufacturing company in Laguna Hills Ca
As a
Manufacturing Assembler you will:
- Perform manufacturing tasks under the direction of management and supervisors, aligned with company goals and procedures
- Carry out essential functions including receiving, inspection, manufacturing, and packaging of components and products
- Conduct basic hand assembly and soldering as required for production
- Maintain a clean room environment and follow all established cleanliness and safety protocols
- Ensure quality standards are met during inspection and assembly processes
- Support workflow by completing additional tasks as assigned by leadership
This is a
Full Time Opportunity The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Basic hand assembly and soldering skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and part lists
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, inspection, or related production tasks
- Comfort working in a clean room environment and following strict cleanliness protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Willingness to perform various tasks as assigned by supervisors
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay : $17 to $19 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
