Manufacturing Assembler

This is a contract position with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Assembler to join a leading technology company’s manufacturing team.

Job Title:  Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Cedar Park, TX 78613
Pay Rate: $17/hr DOE Job Description:

• Read and follow blueprints to assemble acoustic wall, ceiling, and flooring panels

• Cut sheetrock to specified dimensions and install within metal frames

• Apply adhesive to sheetrock panels and ensure all seams are properly sealed

• Cut and insert insulation into panels

• Install outer sheet metal layer to complete panel assemblies

• Perform tasks using hand tools, measuring devices, drills, and other equipment

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Communicate any electrical conduit needs to the appropriate personnel

• Occasionally assist with painting panels and other support tasks as needed

• Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction setting

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Basic math skills and ability to follow work instructions

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

• Preferred Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Experience using hand tools and power equipment

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles is a plus

• Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to dust and noise

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and twisting

• Must wear PPE as required

• Exposure to mechanical tools and occasional electrical hazards

• No travel required
