Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Level 1 Helpdesk Support Technician with an eagle-eye for details to be the latest addition to our stellar IT Support team. Your core mission? Provide top-tier technical support to our internal team of between 100-150 employees, efficiently handle support requests, and troubleshoot those pesky technical hitches.

Skills/Experience:

Required :

• Minimum of 6 months IT experience in an IT-related field or equivalent education.
• General knowledge of basic troubleshooting methodology.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely.
• Document all support activities in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to support requests.
• Enjoy working hard in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate the status of problems and resolutions clearly to non-technical users.

Preferred :

• General knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with G-Suite applications.
• General knowledge of CRMs.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.

Daily Tasks will include:

Communication & Support:

• Provide Level 1 support for IT-related tasks.
• Respond to inbound support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate support team.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

• Mitigate basic computer snags.
• Provide support and resolve errors in Google Docs and Sheets.
• Offer assistance and address errors in Zoho CRM.
• Utilize excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Organization & Prioritization:

• Juggle multiple tasks with efficiency.
• Execute additional responsibilities as designated by leadership.

Compensation/Benefits

:

• $20.38/hour or $42,400 annual
  
• 15 days paid time off, accrued bi-weekly
• Paid holidays: MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day/day after,Christmas EvethroughNew Years Day.
