Primary Duties: - Assemble all products in the product line efficiently with high quality
- Accurately pick and pack product using the bar code system
- Ability to ship orders using the manifest, freight and UPS Systems
- Receiving and material handling of product
- Maintain accurate bar code locations and inventory counts
- Maintain knowledge of ERP system and uses
- Assist in training of new employees
- All other assigned duties

Job Relationship: - Reports directly to the Jointmaster Supervisor
- Works closely with all other Jointmaster areas
Job Specifications: - High School Diploma or GED required
- Certified to drive all lift trucks
- Previous machine shop experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic math and calculations
- Ability to read a ruler using Standard and Millimeter measurements
- Ability to use micrometer, caliper, depth and height gauges
Hours - Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:00pm

Position Summary: Responsible for daily gutter installation operations of a field office including successful completion of full onsite customer installations as well as gutter fabrication and delivery to customer location for third-party installation contractors. Operation of both a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer location(s)
- Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
- Work with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or Subcontractors to complete gutter fabrication and/or installations of gutters and gutter protection products
- Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes
- Communicate with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, completion status, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service experience while on job site
- Maintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrative purposes
- Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
- Must hold an active and valid driver's license and be able to operate a box truck safely.
- Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
- Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process
- Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the ball".
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up your sleeves" and "today not tomorrow" mentality.
- Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.
- Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: - Prior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection is a plus
Travel Requirements: - Occasional overnight travel required.

- Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
