We are currently seeking Accessories Designer to join our team of outstanding employees!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Research, organize, present, and translate trends, graphic, and color inspiration, provide market research as needed
  • Create and manage products within a product lifecycle management system (PLM).
  • Interpret and incorporate those trends into seasonal product development
  • Create and design into seasonal line plans
  • Merchandise product lines into cohesive stories and sales ready lines
  • Develop sketches across our Kids private label product categories, with focus on knitted head and hand, cut and sewn head and hand, ski product.
  • Develop graphics and prints as needed for private brand product, as well as work with Licensed graphics.
  • Work within PLM system to enter, track, and change styles throughout the product life cycle
  • Communicate daily with factories throughout product lifecycle
  • Communicate with Sales team to make sure account needs are being met from Design.
  • Create tech packs and line sheets
  • Assess fit and create specs
  • Work with product master grids detailing color, size, construction, changes, sample sending, etc. throughout a season

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • A developed and versatile portfolio of graphic and product design
  • 3+ years of experience in Design/Product development for accessories/or apparel
  • Experience in a product execution through product management software (PLM)
  • Creative, trend driven innovator who is customer obsessed
  • Excels in highly collaborative environment with different work groups
  • Passion for fan culture and pop culture product
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Can-do and solution driven mentality, even keeled and upbeat, with an appetite for continued
  • improvement and learning
  • Proficient in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, & In Design. Previous experience with
  • WGSN and Edited a plus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Fashion Design or similar

SALARY RANGE

$60,000-$85,000 base salary

BUSINESS HOURS

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm, and as needed to meet business goals and objectives. We have a Hybrid flexible schedule. We work 4 days in office and 1 from home once trained. Schedules can vary based on deadlines and projects.
